We pride ourselves on the quality of the fruit we grow, which means we only pick the ripest fruit for jam. This small, but crucial detail ensures we have the most flavorful product. This is the reason we can use a low-sugar pectin to make our jams: because our fruit is picked while it contains it's highest sugar content, which translates to a fruit jam that actually tastes like fruit.
Our jams can be found throughout the valley. It's primary residence is at Small Potatoes Bakery which can be located here. We do carry some jams at the farm while they last, and sell at the Mountain Harvest Festival Farmer's Market in Paonia in September.
